Gary J. Gorman started Gorman & Company, Inc. in 1984 to develop, syndicate, and manage multifamily housing properties. Since that time, Gorman has become one of the largest and most respected multifamily development firms in the region and has been ranked among the top 50 affordable housing developers nationally by Affordable Housing Finance Magazine. With over 80 community revitalization projects (over 6,000 units) in the portfolio, Gorman has experience developing some of the nation’s highest quality workforce housing and neighborhood revitalization projects.

LISC provided a $1.50 million line of credit to fund predevelopment expenses associated with affordable rental projects which have been awarded the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
