Founded in 1980, Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation (ABCDC) has led initiatives that create and preserve affordable homes, foster community leadership and provide first-time homebuyers with the tools and resources to reach their goals. ABCDC has developed more than 500 homes for low- and moderate-income renters and their families.
ABCDC is located in Brighton, MA.
LISC provided $486,000 in predevelopment financing to support the development of 50 units of affordable senior housing on the site of a former Baptist church, which will be rehabilitated. The project will be developed in partnership with Brighton Allston Elderly Housing, Inc., a senior living provider.
