About the project
Better Housing Coalition (BHC) was established in 1988 as a private, non-profit community development organization with the mission of changing lives and transforming communities through high quailty affordable housing.
BHC is located in Richmond, VA.
LISC provided BHC with a loan of $12,900,000 through our MacKenzie Scott partnership to fund a 49-unit, family targeted development located in Chesterfield Country, Virginia. A $5,900,000 participation was sold to the Nonprofit Finance Fund.
