LISC provided $2.7 MM loan through our MacKenzie Scott partnership to fund the Islandview Greater Villages project which is a duplex rehab project that consists of six duplexes, creating 12 units of for-sale housing. The rehab scope of work will deliver high quality for sale homes rehabbed to market rate standards. Islandview will be a mixed income redevelopment, with six (6) market rate homes, four (4) 80% AMI units, and (2) 60% AMI units
