Merced Housing Texas’ mission is to create and strengthen healthy communities by providing quality, affordable, service-enriched housing for individuals and families who are economically poor.
Merced Housing is headquartered in San Antonio and operates throughout the state of Texas.
LISC provided Merced Housing with a $50,000 construction loan for the Kings Court project, a 32-unit affordable housing development that houses very low-income seniors. All units are reserved for individuals who are 62 years old or older, and are capped between 50-80% AMI. Six of the units are completely accessible with shower stalls and roll-under sinks.
