About the project

Founded in 2007, Liberty Housing Development Corporation's (LHDC) mission is to expand the availability and accessibility of low-income housing, rental and homeownership education, and credit counseling for persons with a disability and other people in the Greater Philadelphia Area. 

LCDH is located in Philadelphia, PA. 

LISC provided $500,000 in predevelopment financing to support the Liberty53 project, which will provide 31 newly constructed affordable rental housing units to serve people with intellectual and cognitive disabilities.
