Carolinians.

LISC provided a $315,000 loan to finance the Needmore Homeownership Project, a three-unit homeownership project in Greer, SC. Each unit will include three bedrooms, two baths, and a spacious layout spanning approximately 1,377 square feet. In celebration of Nehemiah CRC's 30th anniversary, the South Carolina Association for Community Economic Development provided funding to facilitate the donation of one of the homes to one current Nehemiah CRC rental property resident. This loan was financed through LISC's partnerships with Truist Capital and MacKenzie Scott.
