Since 1989, Mission First Housing has developed and managed affordable, safe and sustainable homes for people in need, with a focus on the vulnerable. They ensure residents have access to resources to help them live independently, delivering housing that provides long-term benefits to residents and neighborhoods, alike.

LISC provided a $3.20 million construction loan for New Market West, a multi-tenant office and service space. Tenants include Montgomery Early Learning Center, a childcare center; Horizon House, a nonprofit providing outpatient mental and behavioral health services; ACHIEVEability, a Mission First subsidiary and nonprofit providing support services for low-income single parents; Trinity-Mercy Health providing outpatient health services for seniors; and City Councilmember Curtis Jones.
