About the project
Founded in 1998, Gragg Cardona Parters LLC (GCP) is development firm whose missions is delivering much needed affordable housing in the Metropolitan Washington DC area through targeted and purpose-driven community investments. GCP’s track record includes the development of over 1,100 units of rental/for sale housing, including nearly 400 affordable units, plus 71,500 square feet of new neighborhood oriented commercial space. Many of these residential spaces are the result of partnerships with local governments and/or agencies wanting to re-energize neighborhoods, stimulate economic development, and empower residents.
GCP is located in Washington, DC.
LISC provided $2.21 million in predevelopment funding to support the Residences at Kenilworth Park project, an Affordable Assisted Living Community (AALC) that will have 150 affordable apartments and support services for Medicaid-eligible and other qualified elderly DC residents. The project will deliver critically needed affordable senior housing, as well as generate significant economic and community development to the Kenilworth neighborhood of Northeast DC.
