LISC provided $5,500,000 in acquisition financing to aid in the purchase, demolition, and rebuilding of the blighted Sally Wong building located in City Heights, San Diego. The project will eventually provide 114 units of affordable housing and 15,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space.
