Established in 1981, Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC) has forty years of experience promoting affordable housing development, economic opportunity, community engagement, and sustainability in their surrounding communities through a wide range of services.
CSNDC is headquartered in Dorchester, MA, and serves the two square-mile surrounding area.
LISC provided a $300,000 predevelopment loan to fund costs associated with the renovation of five buildings of HUD project-based Section 8 family housing in Boston's Uphams Corner neighborhood. This project will update and preserve 151 units of housing affordable to families making no more than 60% AMI.
