Evergreen Real Estate Services, LLC was created in 1999 with the broad purpose to develop vibrant communities by acquiring, renovating, selling and managing residential and commercial properties. Evergreen Real Estate Services is headquartered in Chicago, IL, and provides property management services for approximately 8,000 units located in ten states: Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin.

LISC provided $452,000 in predevelopment financing to rehabilitate the Winton Manor property, located in Cleveland, OH. Built in 1917, the eleven-story Winton Manor building has been serving tenants since the mid-1970s. After renovations, the property will boast 270 affordable units for low and moderate income seniors. In addition to housing, the building also provides a prime location for over 12,000 square feet of ground floor commercial spaces. The property has maintained almost full occupancy since 2019, so efforts will be made to conduct renovations without risking displacement for current residents.
