About the project

310 Ventures was founded by long-time friends and collaborators, Jewel Burks, Tracey Pickett, and Dr. Lakeysha Hallmon to become the go-to location for entrepreneurs and corporations to create the assets required to properly tell their stories and grow their brands.

310 Ventures is located in Atlanta, GA.

LISC provided $2.10 million of mini-perm financing to 310 Ventures in partnership with the Entrepreneurs of Color Loan Fund. Additional capital from Mackenzie Scott and Truist Bank were also used to fund this loan. This financing will be used to renovate the subject property into eight bookable spaces called 310 Studios which will include a warehouse, loft, soundstage, conference rooms, small offices, a roof top terrace and a courtyard. The building will provide co-creation space for photographers, videographers, business owners and community members for creative works and activities.
