About the project

Evergreen Real Estate Services, LLC was created in 1999 with the broad purpose to develop, acquire, hold, sell and manage residential and commercial properties. Since that time, it has provided property management services for approximately 7,000 units located in six states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Colorado, and North Carolina. The bulk of properties are in the Chicago metro area. The properties include a range of affordable, special needs, and market rate housing.

LISC provided a $2.25 million predevelopment loan to support the new construction of 156 multifamily units, of which 136 will be affordable in downtown Atlanta, in partnership with Atlanta First United Methodist Church. The project will also include expanded space for the church's preschool.
