About the project

Flaherty & Collins Properties (F&C) was founded in 1993. The company specializes in both market rate and affordable housing developments, public/private partnerships and mixed-use, urban in-fill developments.

F&C is headquartered in Indianapolis and currently operates in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma and suburban Twin Cities.

LISC provided $500,000 in financing to support predevelopment costs for 5th and Main, a 300-unit infill development project located adjacent to the historic City Market. The new construction project will redevelop a surface parking lot. In addition to 300 rental units (60 affordable to families making no more the 70% AMI), the building will include over 11,000 square feet of commercial and/or office space.
