LISC provided bridge financing totaling $3.85 million to support the redevelopment of the historic Ambassador Hotel and surrounding property into 150 units of affordable housing and a 100-room hotel in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. The renovation plans to reactivate a central corner in the urban core of Jacksonville.
