Founded in 2006, C & R Hosuing Inc. is a general contractor and construction project manager with additional expertise in clean energy services located in Buffalo, New York.
LISC provided a $903,000 predevelopment and acquisition loan to support the 273 Hickory Street project. This project will support the historic adaptive resue to create 29 affordable housing units and provide commerical space for community-orientated organizations. The loan was partically supported by LISC's Mackenzie Scott grant/award.
