Sadie & Sage is a family-owned and operated wholesale women’s fashion company that designs women’s apparel through its two contemporary labels: Sadie & Sage and Sage the Label. Since November 2, 2015, Sadie & Sage has grown into a highly-diversified B2B fashion company partnered with over 1000 retailers in the United States and Canada.
Sadie & Sage is based in Los Angeles, California.
LISC provided Sadie & Sage a $7.88 million acquisition loan to purchase a building for its new headquarters. The new building will stabilize occupancy costs and allow the company to hire additional staff. The building is also better located near public transit options for staff members who do not drive to work. A 50% participation of the loan was sold to the Entrepreneurs of Color Loan Fund.
