Century Affordable Development Inc. is an affiliate of CHC focused on the development of affordable housing with a portfolio of over 1,600 units.

Century Affordable Development Inc is focused on affordable housing development in Southern California.

LISC is providing a $4.34 million acquisition and predevelopment loan to support the construction of the 1401 Long Beach Blvd, a 160-unit transit-oriented affordable housing project with a mix of units dedicated for families earning low incomes with a range of affordability from 30% AMI to 60% AMI. The project will be designed in a highly sustainable way and result in greatly improved local infrastructure through matching programs.
