Founded in 2017, Good Places, LLC is the first affiliated member of the International Ethical Property Family in the United States. Good Places, LLC believes that everyone can benefit from development done well. It aims to support community impact organizations, faith-based and mission-minded asset owners to develop equitable and sustainable place-based real estate projects.

LISC provided a $3.04 million construction loan to support the rehabilitation of College Park United Methodist Church, a former religious education building that will be converted into artist condos, retail spaces and 16 one-bedroom condos.
