LISC provided $1,625,000 loan through our partnerships with MacKenzie Scott and the Ewing Marion Kaufman Foundation in order to fund 15th & H which is a 190-unit workforce, TOD multifamily development. The project will include 38 units that will be at or below 60% AMI as well as 152 units that will be at the market rate. There will also be several amenities such as a rooftop garden, transit hub, and commercial space.
